Shipping Policy

  • Orders process and ship Monday- ​Friday (please note: If we receive your order on a Thursday or Friday, we may ship the following Monday depending on weather constraints and your shipping address) You will receive an email with a USPS tracking # when it posts.
  • USPS ​Priority Mail is our default shipping method for all packages with delivery in 2- ​5​ business days (​Some orders may take longer if awaiting shipment on an out of stock item or during the hot summer months​) Please make sure someone is there to receive the package so it is not left in the sun!  
  • If your order doesn’t arrive within 5 business days, please check the status of your delivery, via the tracking number on your order confirmation email, or you can email us and we will be happy to help you figure out where your package is.
  • If it’s important that your order arrives by a specific date we encourage you to make note of this in your order as well as send an email directly to shipping@yescacao.com
  • Cold Packing is used during the warm summer months (Apr-Oct). We ship with insulated foil and ice packs (at no extra charge), but according to location and temperature we can not guarantee chocolate wont melt :( If melting does occur may we suggest link
