Food and Beverage industry sales experience required.
Active connections with key decision makers in the natural grocery channel.

Dynamic negotiation/selling skills that demonstrate a successful salesperson
Proficient with Trello, Google Drive apps, Excel.
Must have valid driver's license and own vehicle to travel and transport promotional merchandise and minimal product quantities between accounts.
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, capable of regular standing and stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling. Parkour a plus.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Quickly become proficient in our CRM system.
Look for opportunities to maximize sales turn.
Manage and grow an organized list of key accounts with distributors, store partners and other wholesale customers.
Maintain regular communication with all wholesale accounts.
Teamwork with brand marketing manager to develop and execute a highly impactful sales strategy (including creating a promotional scheduling plan for strategic retailers alongside CEO and CFO)
Set and achieve monthly sales goals
Quarterly survey of the market to ensure that distribution, pricing, POS, displays, programs, and ads are executed effectively
Routinely communicate/report market performance, distributor execution, competitive activity, key account activity in team meetings
Partake in the company’s annual budget and planning process.
In-the-field sales meetings, merchandising accounts and making sure scheduled promotions are in effect.
Travel when needed to represent the company at trade shows and other industry events; meetings with target account buyers/distributor management, or assist in major key account launches.
