  • Dynamic negotiation/selling skills that demonstrate a successful salesperson

  • Proficient with Trello, Google Drive apps, Excel.

  • Must have valid driver's license and own vehicle to travel and transport promotional merchandise and minimal product quantities between accounts.

  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, capable of regular standing and stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling. Parkour a plus.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Quickly become proficient in our CRM system.

  • Look for opportunities to maximize sales turn.

  • Manage and grow an organized list of key accounts with distributors, store partners and other wholesale customers.

  • Maintain regular communication with all wholesale accounts.

  • Teamwork with brand marketing manager to develop and execute a highly impactful sales strategy (including creating a promotional scheduling plan for strategic retailers alongside CEO and CFO)

  • Set and achieve monthly sales goals

  • Quarterly survey of the market to ensure that distribution, pricing, POS, displays, programs, and ads are executed effectively

  • Routinely communicate/report market performance, distributor execution, competitive activity, key account activity in team meetings

  • Partake in the company’s annual budget and planning process.

  • In-the-field sales meetings, merchandising accounts and making sure scheduled promotions are in effect.

  • Travel when needed to represent the company at trade shows and other industry events; meetings with target account buyers/distributor management, or assist in major key account launches.
