Refund Policy

We know you’ll love our Botanical Chocolate Bars as much as we do. In fact, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, just email within 30 days, and we’ll issue a full refund (excluding shipping).

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, you no longer qualify for a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
