Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

Serves 2

  • 1 banana (preferably frozen)
  • 1-2 tbsp Celebrational Cacao
  • 1.5 cups milk of choice
  • half a cup of hot water
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • scoop of protein powder of choice
  • handful of ice 
  • optional: 1-2 tsp of maple syrup

DIRECTIONS:

  1. melt the cacao with the hot water and set aside
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender, starting with the milk, then the melted cacao
