Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
Serves 2
- 1 banana (preferably frozen)
- 1-2 tbsp Celebrational Cacao
- 1.5 cups milk of choice
- half a cup of hot water
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- scoop of protein powder of choice
- handful of ice
- optional: 1-2 tsp of maple syrup
DIRECTIONS:
- melt the cacao with the hot water and set aside
- Place all ingredients in a blender, starting with the milk, then the melted cacao
